Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
1–3+ years in software engineering focusing on API design, application development, or developer advocacy.
Experience building network protocols, mobile/cloud-native APIs, or SaaS architectures.
Proficiency with Windows, Linux, macOS, IDEs, and Git workflows.
Strong writing and communication to produce developer docs for varied audiences.
Problem-solving and collaborative skills across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Evaluate upcoming product updates to minimize API/SDK disruption.
Advocate for developer enablement tools, APIs, web services, and workflows within GPO.
Architect and maintain sample apps and SDKs across cloud-native, on-prem, and on-device environments.
Design instructional materials and guides demonstrating API/SDK features.
Provide guidance and debugging support to third‑party developers and partner engineers.
Engage in deep-dive architectural exchanges with cross-functional teams globally.
Collaborate with Product Management and System Architects to gather developer requirements.
Define developer workflows and pipelines for API/SDK content.
Analyze and resolve complex integration issues reported by partners.
