Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Penang, Malaysia, invites a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain the Mobile Evidence SDK primarily using .NET, with exposure to Kotlin Multiplatform and Swift for Android and iOS compatibility.

You will contribute to library architecture, API design, and documentation while ensuring quality through testing and automation, and help drive engineering best practices within an experienced team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial software development in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns and architecture.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Solid understanding of HTTP, JSON and RESTful design.
• Demonstrable experience with C#, SQL Server and Azure Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain robust .NET-based SDK libraries.
• Work across Android and iOS to ensure library compatibility.
• Collaborate on library architecture, API design, and documentation.
• Maintain library quality through testing and documentation practices.
• Automate core development workflows and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Actively monitor services and participate in post-incident reviews.
• Mentor team members and drive engineering best practices.
