Job summary

Two95 International Inc. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a hands-on Developer Lead to steer end-to-end development across SAP and non-SAP components, ensuring architectural alignment and timely delivery.

You will mentor teams, enforce coding standards, oversee integrations, and coordinate testing, estimates, and delivery reporting while acting as the escalation point for complex technical challenges in a fast-paced IT environment.

Qualifications

• Total 10 years of experience in IT Industry.
• 3–5 years of experience as Developer Lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern end to end development activities across SAP and non SAP components.
• Own technical design interpretation and build execution in line with approved architectures.
• Manage and mentor development teams to ensure quality, productivity, and standards compliance.
• Oversee delivery of custom developments, enhancements, and integrations.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, code quality, and SDLC best practices.
• Coordinate unit testing, defect resolution, and technical support activities.
• Provide accurate estimates, progress tracking, and delivery reporting.
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical and development challenges.
