Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Fresh graduates may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial summaries.
• Manage general ledger entries and perform bank reconciliations.
• Monitor company expenses, cash flow, and financial records.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure timely preparation of invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Assist with tax submissions, audits, and statutory reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and relevant tax regulations.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and financial records.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by management.
