Job summary

Bellabay in Malaysia is seeking an experienced dispatch and driver to support daily operations for our interior and construction projects. You will dispatch documents and parcels, supervise deliveries, perform light administrative work, and drive for management as needed.

Applicants should have a minimum 7 years of dispatch/driver experience with B2 and D licenses, at least SPM or higher, and be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of dispatch/driver experience with B2 and D driving licenses.
• Minimum SPM or higher qualification.
• Must communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in construction or interior product companies or site supervision is a plus.
• Microsoft Word/Excel experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch documents/parcel, supervise delivery, basic administrative work and act as driver to management.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 7 years with B2 and D driving license without legal offenses track record
• Minimum SPM or higher qualification
• Minimum 7 years proven experience as dispatch and driver
• Competent to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Competent to use Microsoft Office Words and Excel would be an advantage.
• Experience in working in construction, interior product related company or / and site supervision would be an advantage.
