A leading technology services provider based in Ipoh, Malaysia, is seeking a candidate for a role involving construction, testing, and management of client platforms. The ideal candidate should have CompTIA A+, relevant diploma, and preferably some experience in technology administration. This position offers a salary of up to $3000 per month, along with a completion bonus.

Construction, testing, installation, and operation of client platforms to meet business needs and service levels. Troubleshooting platform-related issues and responding to incidents promptly. Handling service requests related to client platforms. Managing client platform implementation and upgrade projects. Conducting research and evaluation of platform tools. Offering technical advice on systems to customers or project teams. Gathering infrastructure requirements, performing analysis, and designing solutions. Ensuring service levels meet requirements and proposing action plans when necessary. Establishing and maintaining facility management standards to ensure consistent operations across teams.

  • Proficiency in Technology will be added advantage
Compensation and Location

Location: Bukit Merah

Salary: Up to $3000 per month
