Handling service requests related to client platforms. Managing client platform implementation and upgrade projects. Conducting research and evaluation of platform tools. Offering technical advice on systems to customers or project teams. Gathering infrastructure requirements, performing analysis, and designing solutions. Ensuring service levels meet requirements and proposing action plans when necessary. Establishing and maintaining facility management standards to ensure consistent operations across teams.
