Job summary

SEER S&R is seeking a Structural Design Engineer to lead the analysis, design, and detailing of precast structures. You will coordinate with drafters to produce precast shop drawings aligned with project schedules and requirements.

You will attend meetings with clients, main contractors, architects, and consultants, contributing to project success and engineering quality. EN/BS codes familiarity is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering; min 2 years structural design experience in consultancy.
• Familiar with EN and BS codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead/coordinate with drafters to produce precast shop drawings according to project schedule & requirements.
• Attend meetings with client/main contractor/architect/consultant.
• Perform analysis, design & detailing of precast structures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Descriptions:

• Perform analysis, design & detailing of precast structures.
• To lead/coordinate with drafters to produce precast shop drawings according to project schedule & requirement.
• Attend meetings with client/main contractor/architect/consultant.
• Any other job function assigned, and new responsibilities may be added as and when necessary from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering and/ or related field with min 2 years of structural design experience in Consultant.
• Conversant with the EN & BS code.
• Familiar with design software such as Staad Pro, ETABS, Tekla Structural Designer and etc.
• Willing to work extra miles when job required.
