Lingkaran Trans Kota Sdn. Bhd. (LITRAK) invites a Deputy Head to drive non-toll revenue growth across ALR-managed highways, leading strategic partnerships, advertising, land management, and innovation initiatives.

The role focuses on strategy execution, governance, and sustainable income growth, with responsibility for commercialisation, exploring new income streams, and delivering measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Property/Real Estate or related fields.
• 8–12 years’ experience in commercial strategy, business development, leasing, advertising/media, or partnerships.
• Strong commercial, financial, and negotiation skills.
• Proven stakeholder engagement experience, including regulators and local authorities.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial development of highway assets via partnerships and leasing.
• Manage advertising and media revenue across static and digital assets.
• Develop and evaluate new income streams including data monetisation.
• Prepare business cases, pitches, and proposals for negotiations.
• Track campaign performance and revenue metrics to optimise outcomes.
