JAC Recruitment seeks a Deputy General Manager for a well-established manufacturing facility in Senai, Johor. The role leads end-to-end operations to drive excellence, profitability, quality, safety, and compliance.

You will shape strategic plans, manage budgets, CAPEX, and supervise heads of Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership position such as Plant Manager, Factory Manager, Plant Head, or Deputy General Manager.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage all plant operations including Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
• Execute business strategies, operating plans, budgets, and capital expenditure initiatives.
• Drive profitability through cost optimization, productivity improvements, and resource efficiency.
• Monitor plant performance and provide regular operational, financial, and KPI reports to Management.
• Ensure compliance with DOSH, DOE, labour laws, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Champion quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and operational teams to achieve business objectives.
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and positive industrial relations.
