Job summary

SEPA DENTAL Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is hiring a clinic receptionist to greet patients, handle inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins, and support daily front-desk tasks.

You will schedule appointments, maintain patient records, assist with billing and coordinate with dentists. Fresh grads welcome; training provided.

Requires good English, BM, and Mandarin, basic computer literacy, and willingness to work weekends; presentable, patient, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a clinic, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage (fresh grads welcome, training provided).
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (able to attend to Mandarin-speaking patients).
• Basic computer literacy
• Presentable, patient, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Willing to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in enquiries
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments
• Maintain and update patient records
• Handle billing, payment collection, and basic invoicing
• Coordinate daily schedules with dentists
• Assist with general clinic admin (stock ordering, filing, etc.)
