Job summary

KL International Dental Centre (KL) Sdn. Bhd. in Subang Jaya is seeking full-time healthcare support staff including nurse/medical assistants.

Candidates must have a professional certificate or diploma or higher and be willing to work on Sunday with six days off per month. Responsibilities include general dental procedures, patient care, X-rays and reception duties. The role offers exposure to dental materials preparation, instrument sterility, payment collection, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Welcome Fresh Grade.
• Candidate possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Medicine, Medical Science, Nursing or equivalent.
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• General dental procedure
• Preparation of dental materials for treatment
• Ensures the cleanliness and sterility of dental instruments & equipment
• Assisting patients in taking X-Rays
• Dispensing medication to patients
• Collection of payments
• Customer service: Reception, registration, administration of patients visit.
• Appointment scheduling
• Front-line services to patients
• Provide treatment information
• Education patient post treatment care
• Regular dental hygiene reminder
• Front desk service
