Dentco Smile Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team in Kuching, Sarawak. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our dentists and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.
Assisting dentists during various dental procedures by handing them instruments, holding suction devices, and providing other support as needed
Sterilising and disinfecting dental instruments and equipment according to strict hygiene protocols
Preparing and maintaining the dental operatory, ensuring a clean and organised work environment
Managing patient records, schedules, and other administrative tasks to support the efficient running of the practice
Providing exceptional customer service to our patients, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism
Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest dental practices and technologies
No experience is needed as long willing to learn
Able to communicate with English and Malay. ( Chinese is a bonus)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection control
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
A genuine passion for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of the dental practice
Willingness to work weekends as required
