Job summary

Elite Dental (Penang) Sdn Bhd is seeking a clinic support staff to register patients, schedule appointments, and assist with dispensing medications. The role includes handling phone inquiries, stock upkeep, and maintaining clinic hygiene.

Fluency in English and Malay is required, with additional languages a bonus, and the candidate should be eager to learn, work well in a team, and maintain a pleasant personality.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and make appointments.
• Prepare and dispense medications accordingly.
• Attend to phone calls or enquiries.
• Stock maintenance and upkeep of clinic hygiene & cleanliness.
• Able to speak fluent and understand English and Malay; other languages are a bonus.
• Willing to learn, have initiative, positive attitude, and work well in a team.

• -salary will be depending on experience, performance & qualifications
• - annual leave and medical leave will be given after completion of probation period and according to year of service
• - EPF, SOSCO, EIS covered
• - for experienced staffs, pay according to experience and ability
• - probation period of 3 months, minimum contract of 1 Year
• - able to work on some public holidays and weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
• - able to work 6 days a week (including weekend, off day will be randomly given)
