1MORE PIZZA is growing our team in Kuala Lumpur, seeking a Demi-Chef / Chef de Partie (Pizza & Pasta). You will work on front-line cooking stations with senior chefs to maintain high standards and support expansion across PJ and Klang Valley.

We require strong Italian cuisine skills—Neapolitan pizza making and fresh pasta. This is an ambitious role to own a station, develop techniques, and progress with a growing brand.

Qualifications

• Strong skills and knowledge in Italian cuisine—specifically Neapolitan pizza making and fresh pasta preparation.
• Ambitious cook ready to step up, take ownership of a station, master their craft, and grow with an expanding brand.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations and menu support: assist senior chefs with day-to-day service, test dough and pasta formulations, refine items.
• Section leadership & peer coaching: lead pasta and pizza stations, guide junior chefs and kitchen hands.
• SOP execution & kitchen standards: adhere to SOPs for dough fermentation, pasta storage/portioning, allergens and hygiene.
• Quality & portion control: ensure dishes meet standards, manage yields and FIFO to minimize waste.
• Multi-branch support & growth: work between PJ flagship and Klang Valley sites to assist with new sites and consistency.
