Le Tamelier Sdn Bhd is seeking dedicated Demi Chef / Chef de Partie professionals to join our kitchen operations immediately in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage daily food preparation within your section, ensuring quality, hygiene and efficiency as per Company standards.

This role suits hands-on, disciplined individuals who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and can support the Sous and Head Chef in daily operations. Immediate hiring preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, SOPs and presentation standards.
• Manage assigned kitchen or pastry section during operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safe food handling at all times.
• Assist in inventory control and minimize food wastage.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
