Job summary

You will digitalize demand planning processes, create dashboards in PowerBI, and support governance for waste reduction and timely replenishment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1–2 years of experience in Demand Planning or related roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and PowerBI is an advantage.
• Understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and planning software (e.g., O9, Anaplan) is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; cross-functional collaboration; data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards to assess forecast reasonability and reduce bias.
• Support master data governance and SAP data accuracy.
• Drive waste reduction, inventory management, and write-off prevention.
• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams for data harmonization and NPD visibility.
