Job summary

Maedac is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, ensure timely delivery of orders, and maintain product knowledge across lines. The role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently under time constraints.

The position supports equipment maintenance, stock rotation, and adherence to company standards, including safe handling and on-time customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or delivery role.
• Valid and clean driver’s license (Group 3).
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet lifts, and related warehouse equipment.
• Working knowledge of POS/Ordering systems (Counterpoint).
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Maintain current knowledge of product lines and inventory.
• Communicate daily with the Warehouse Manager.
• Pull, verify, load, and deliver orders to designated locations.
• Merchandise and rotate products at client locations per company guidelines.
• Manage cash and payment systems on assigned routes.
• Support weekly container unloading and daily warehouse stock rotation.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse organization, cleanliness, and equipment.
• Attend company meetings and contribute to process improvements.
