Job summary

Elsa Energy Sdn Bhd is seeking a Delivery & Logistics Manager to lead planning, scheduling, and transportation of materials and equipment in Johor. You will coordinate with transport providers and warehouses to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery and monitor KPIs for performance reporting.

The role requires a seasoned professional with a background in logistics, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to HSE and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in plant operations, logistics planning and transportation management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Industrial).
• Strong knowledge of logistics planning, transportation regulations, cost control and performance analysis.
• Proficient in logistics software and reporting tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
