Job summary

Gold Haovest Grocery Sdn Bhd – Kempas, Johor is seeking a delivery driver to safely operate company lorry, deliver goods to customers and ensure proper loading and condition of goods. The role requires a valid Malaysian driving licence with the appropriate class and, where applicable, a GDL licence.

Previous lorry driving or delivery experience is preferred. You'll need good road knowledge, a good driving record, and be punctual, flexible for overtime, and able to coordinate with customers and

• GDL licence is required where applicable.
• Previous lorry driving or delivery experience is preferred.
• Familiar with local roads and delivery routes.
• Good driving record and responsible attitude.
• Punctual, reliable and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company lorry for delivery and transportation purposes.
• Deliver goods to customers, branches, warehouses or designated locations.
• Ensure goods are properly loaded, secured and delivered in good condition.
• Check delivery orders and ensure the correct quantity of goods is delivered.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks before and after trips.
• Follow traffic laws, company safety procedures and delivery schedules.
• Report vehicle issues, accidents or delivery problems to the supervisor promptly.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.
