Job summary

Gold Haovest Grocery Sdn Bhd – Kempas, Johor is seeking a delivery lorry driver responsible for safe operation of the company vehicle, on-time deliveries, and proper loading/unloading of goods. The role requires a valid driving licence with the appropriate class and a good driving record.

Prior lorry/delivery experience is preferred. You will work with customers and colleagues, obey traffic laws, and may work overtime when needed. Join a team focused on reliability and road safety.

Qualifications

• Valid Malaysian driving licence with the appropriate class for the assigned lorry.
• GDL licence is required where applicable.
• Previous lorry driving or delivery experience is preferred.
• Familiar with local roads and delivery routes.
• Good driving record and responsible attitude.
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading and unloading.
• Punctual, reliable and safety-conscious.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Able to communicate and coordinate with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company lorry for delivery and transportation purposes.
• Deliver goods to customers, branches, warehouses or designated locations.
• Ensure goods are properly loaded, secured and delivered in good condition.
• Check delivery orders and ensure the correct quantity of goods is delivered.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks before and after trips.
• Follow traffic laws, company safety procedures and delivery schedules.
• Report vehicle issues, accidents or delivery problems to the supervisor promptly.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.
