Qualifications
- Min 3 years of working experience.
- Strong knowledge of automotive dealer operations.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong presentation and business review facilitation skills.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Power Point, Word and Excel).
Responsibilities
- Monitor Dealers’ KPIs and implement improvement plans.
- Develop action plans to improve Dealers’ productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze business trends and identify underperforming dealers requiring improvement.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual dealer performance reports for management.
- Ensure timely completion of dealer audits and corrective actions.
- Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
