Job summary

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements :

• o Third level degree in Business or IT related areas, or
• o Equivalent experience working in a relevant operations or sales environment (such as sales operations or contract management)
• o Fluency in English and in Mandarin or Cantonese
• o For 2nd language, near native written, verbal, and reading comprehension language skills were required to support primary and secondary languages.
• o Experience of working in an international business environment.
• o Excellent planning, organizing, and coordinating skills.
• o Excellent seller-facing communication and engagement skills.
• o Attention to detail and ability to adhere to policies and processes.
• o Ability to identify and resolve issues arising during delivery of the service.
• o Ability to deliver insights through analytics.
