Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding, certification, and ongoing training for security personnel across datacentre operations.
Deliver coaching, assessments, and sustainment training to maintain high performance and compliance standards.
Manage training records, track completion of required programs, and support audit readiness.
Partner with site leadership to implement training initiatives, promote safety, and address capability gaps.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational enhancements and fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
