Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of Oracle Database Administration experience in enterprise environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle DB Administration including performance tuning, backup/recovery, security, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with large-scale production environments and mission-critical applications.
• Strong understanding of database architecture, data management, and system integration concepts.
• Experience with production release management, deployment support, and incident resolution.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to mentor others.
• Experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, ASM, RMAN, and Enterprise Manager.
• Experience in hybrid infrastructure environments and cloud-based databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain Oracle database solutions supporting enterprise applications and business operations.

• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Database Administration, including performance tuning, backup and recovery, database security, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting large-scale production environments and mission-critical applications.
• Strong understanding of database architecture, data management principles, and system integration concepts.
• Proven experience in production release management, deployment support, and incident resolution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, ASM, RMAN, and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
• Experience working within complex enterprise application ecosystems and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of database automation, scripting, and operational monitoring tools.
• Experience supporting cloud-based database platforms and modernization initiatives.
• Ability to mentor junior database administrators and provide technical guidance across teams.
• Experience contributing to technical documentation, governance standards, and operational excellence programs.
