Job summary

BP Business Service Centre Asia Sdn Bhd is hiring a Data Operations Administrator to manage master data across units, ensuring governance, SLA adherence and data quality. The role supports data-driven operations and compliance in a dynamic, global context.

The position emphasizes governance, risk mitigation and continuous improvement, with exposure to SAP/JDE and Salesforce and a shift-friendly, collaborative environment within finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business field.
• 2–3 years of master data or data operations experience; fresh grads with internship welcome.
• Experience with international/global business environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own master data creation, modification and de-activation across vendor, material, customer, pricing and finance master data.
• Track, analyze and resolve master data issues to prevent operational, reporting or compliance risks.
• Report on KPIs, service levels and trends; monitor data accuracy and synchronization across systems.
• Identify root causes of data discrepancies and drive continuous improvement in data quality and controls.
• Support master data projects including requirements, testing and transition to steady-state operations.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and work instructions reflecting changes and governance.
