Job summary

Castrol seeks a Data Operations Administrator to own master data operations across business units, ensuring governance, SLA adherence and strong internal controls while proactively managing data quality, risks and stakeholder expectations to support operational excellence and compliance.

You will monitor KPIs, drive data remediation, maintain documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on deployment activities and testing to transition master data into steady-state operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in master data management or related data operations.
• Exposure to JDE, SAP, and Salesforce is advantageous.
• Experience in a cross-cultural, international environment.
• Ability to communicate and influence at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for accurate creation, modification and de-activation of master data records per data standards and SLA.
• Proactive tracking, analysis and resolution of master data issues with timely escalation when needed.
• Gather, maintain and report KPIs, service levels and trends for master data management.
• Operate reporting tools to monitor data accuracy and synchronization across systems.
• Analyze root causes of data discrepancies and propose improvements for governance and efficiency.
• Support data-related projects from requirements through testing and transition to steady-state.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
