Keypath Education is seeking a Data Intelligence Analyst in Malaysia to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive growth across marketing, student acquisition, revenue and strategy. You will design dashboards in Power BI, build data models and work with SQL across multiple sources.

Based in Malaysia with a flexible Work Anywhere model (remote, hybrid, or office), this full-time role requires 3+ years in data analytics and a proactive, stakeholder-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Data Analytics or BI.
• Advanced Power BI skills including DAX and data modelling.
• Strong SQL skills with multiple data sources.
• Experience translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience developing reporting solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights.
• Analyse marketing, student acquisition, revenue and growth performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Build and optimise SQL queries to extract, transform and validate data from multiple sources.
• Develop data models, measures and visualisations using Power BI, DAX and Power Query.
• Translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and drive data-led outcomes.
• Champion best practice in data visualisation and self-service analytics.
• Support ongoing improvements to data quality, reporting capabilities and analytics frameworks.

About You

You are a curious and commercially focused analyst who enjoys solving business problems through data and communicating insights that influence action.

You'll bring:

• Relevant qualifications in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business or a related discipline.
• 3+ years' experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or a similar role.
• Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, data modelling and dashboard development.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with multiple data sources.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience developing reporting solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational capabilities.
• A proactive, self-driven approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within the education sector and exposure to Microsoft Fabric or Azure data environments (Desirable)
