Job summary

Keypath Education is seeking a commercially minded Data Intelligence Analyst in Malaysia to turn complex data into meaningful insights that drive business performance. You will build Power BI dashboards, develop data models, and optimise SQL queries to support marketing, student growth, revenue and strategy decisions.

You will join the APAC Strategy & Insights team, collaborating with stakeholders to uncover opportunities and champion data-driven thinking in a fast-paced, high-growth EdTech

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Data Analytics, BI or a similar role.
• Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, data modelling and dashboard development.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with multiple data sources.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience developing reporting solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, fast-paced problem-solving abilities.
• Education sector experience and exposure to Microsoft Fabric or Azure data environments is desirable.

What You’ll Be Doing

About You

You are a curious and commercially focused analyst who enjoys solving business problems through data and communicating insights that influence action.

You'll bring:

• Relevant qualifications in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business or a related discipline.


• 3+ years' experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or a similar role.


• Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, data modelling and dashboard development.


• Strong SQL skills and experience working with multiple data sources.
  
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.


• Experience developing reporting solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational capabilities.


• A proactive, self-driven approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Experience within the education sector and exposure to Microsoft Fabric or Azure data environments (Desirable)
