Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Penta Consultancy Sdn. Bhd is seeking a data analyst to support Marketing and Operations with data-driven forecasts and insights.

You will collect and interpret large datasets, collaborate with stakeholders, and build dashboards to inform strategic decisions. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in data analysis, a degree in a relevant field, and hands-on experience with SPSS/SAS/Power BI/Tableau, SQL, R, and Python.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Power BI, Tableau).
• Working knowledge of programming languages and data tools (SQL, R, Python).
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing and Operations with forecasts from data analysis.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to generate insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate market intelligence.
• Develop dashboards and reports to aid data-driven decisions.
• Apply statistical techniques to identify patterns and trends.
• Improve data quality and analytical processes across the organization.
• Identify data inconsistencies and correct data issues.
• Assist Manager with additional responsibilities as needed.
