Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Penta Consultancy Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Senior Commercial BI Analyst to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reports across sales, customer, inventory, and operational performance.

You will analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market data to uncover opportunities, perform segmentation and churn analysis, and support forecasting and inventory planning. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and AI-driven reporting enhancements are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years in BI/Analytics.
• Experience in FMCG/retail/distribution preferred.
• Strong Excel, Power BI, SQL, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with Python or Copilot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reports to provide actionable insights.
• Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Perform customer segmentation, churn analysis, and sales force productivity analysis.
• Support demand forecasting and inventory planning with sales trend data.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and management for data-driven recommendations.
• Automate reporting processes using Power BI, Power Query, SQL, etc.
• Explore AI-driven solutions to enhance reporting and insights.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across reports.
