Job summary

Experian Asia Pacific is seeking a customer-focused data analytics professional in Cyberjaya to join our hybrid work team. You will support data-driven insights for clients, translating business needs into analytic solutions and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

The role requires SQL proficiency, exposure to SAS/Python/R, and a foundation in MS Office. With 1+ years of relevant experience and a tertiary degree, you will collaborate across Sales and IT to deliver accurate analytics and

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a related field.
Tertiary qualification in Business/Mathematics/Science/Engineering/IT.
Well versed in Microsoft Office skills (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Highly proficient in SQL.
Basic skills in SAS, Python and/or R languages.

Responsibilities

Fulfilment of marketing and data lists within Service Level Agreement or as negotiated depending on the complexity of the work requested.
Scope customer requirements and work with and provide advice to the internal RMS and S&MS sales function to ensure best possible customer solution.
Act as a pivot point between sales and IT where more complex automated delivery solutions are required.
Manage and prioritise work on a daily basis to manage customers' expectations and the efficiency of the workflow.
Create, maintain and perform analytics and statistical reports using your technical skills (SQL, SAS, R and/or Python).
