Job summary

DFI Retail Group seeks a Data Analyst to support analytics across Marketing, Sales, Operations and Finance. You will collect, clean and interpret data and build reports and dashboards that translate insights into business actions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in analytics or BI, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and strong Tableau skills. You will collaborate with Domain Analytics Leads and apply UI/UX principles to data storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics or related field.
• 3-5 years of analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven roles.
• Strong data visualization skills, especially Tableau.
• Ability to translate data findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with Domain Analytics Leads to understand analytics requirements.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau.
• Present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends in data analysis and storytelling.
