OCBC Malaysia in Penang is hiring a Data Entry Processor for a 1-year contract. The role handles daily data input of customer requests, verifies document completeness, and ensures proper authorization before processing. You will address processing status inquiries and escalate exceptions when needed.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in any discipline, is self-motivated, able to work in a team, and performs well under pressure while maintaining accuracy and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Escalate exception cases to Team Lead promptly.
• Observe and comply with documented policies/regulatory requirements (e.g. AML).
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as needed by Team Lead/Head of Department.
• Contribute feedback on process-related issues and suggest improvements.
• Complete processing of daily requests within SLA and aim for zero defects.
