Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a Data Analyst for a 6-month contract to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CDD and Name Screening systems. You will execute test cases from defined requirements, identify defects, and collaborate with business, project and technology teams to ensure timely delivery of UAT and project milestones.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior banking operations exposure and knowledge of CDD/KYC, AML and Name Screening are advantageous but not required.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in banking/finance/business or IT related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience with UAT, CDD/KYC, AML and Name Screening is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CDD and Name Screening systems and enhancements.
• Execute test cases based on defined business requirements, workflows and expected system outcomes.
• Identify, document and track system defects, discrepancies and unexpected results, and work with relevant teams to support resolution.
• Conduct re-testing and regression testing to confirm defects are addressed.
• Maintain accurate testing records and supporting evidence, including test results, screenshots and defect logs.
• Work closely with business users, project teams and technology teams to support timely completion of UAT and project deliverables.
