Job summary

Gratitude Inc in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a data engineer focused on reporting to develop and maintain SSRS-based reports, optimize MSSQL queries, and support ETL processes in a banking environment.

You should have 3–5 years in Microsoft SQL Server technologies, experience with SSRS, SSIS, and PowerShell automation, and be comfortable with file transfers (SFTP) and encryption tasks. Local Malaysians only.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server technologies.
• SSRS report development experience is required.
• Experience supporting production reporting environments.
• Banking or financial services experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Report development and maintenance using SSRS, including paginated and parameterised reports.
• Manage datasets, data sources, and report deployments.
• Optimize report performance and troubleshoot reporting issues.
• Provide production support for ETL and integration processes.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to meet regulatory reporting requirements.
