Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a responsible SSRS Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise reporting solutions using SSRS in a Malaysia-based role.

The candidate will work with MSSQL/T-SQL, SSIS ETL processes, automated data exchanges via PowerShell and SSH/SFTP, and provide Level 2/3 production support with a focus on data accuracy and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing enterprise reports using SSRS.
• Experience with MSSQL/T-SQL and ETL development (SSIS).
• Experience in production support and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise MSSQL/T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, views, and SQL Server Agent jobs to support reporting and data requirements
• Develop and maintain SSIS ETL processes and system integrations, including data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting
• Support PowerShell automation, SSH/SFTP file transfers, batch processing, and PGP/GPG encryption and decryption for secure and automated data exchange
• Provide Level 2/3 production support, including incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance optimisation, deployment, and SLA management
• Work closely with business users and application teams to gather requirements, ensure data accuracy and report reliability, and maintain technical documentation and governance standards
