Job summary

Mettler Toledo is seeking a data analytics professional to optimize supply chain processes and develop models that support informed decision making. You will work with interdisciplinary teams to reduce costs, streamline reporting, and deliver actionable insights across procurement, planning, and logistics.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with SAP environments, SQL/KNIME, and BI tools, plus the ability to mentor others and communicate findings effectively to diverse

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM/ Data Science/ Supply Chain or related field (minimum).
• Experience in Data Analytics and in Supply Chain (procurement, planning, logistics).
• Proficient in SAP ECC/BW/HANA, SQL/KNIME or similar, and scripting languages (Python).
• BI and visualization skills with PowerBI or SAC.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills; able to work across multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize supply chain processes and implement workflows to reduce costs.
• Streamline internal and external supply chain reporting to ensure compliance and drive efficiency.
• Develop and maintain supply chain models to support decision making.
• Use statistical analysis and machine learning to extract insights from data.
• Mentor and train other teams in data literacy and analytics best practices.
• Communicate data-driven recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
