Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor (Based at JB) to oversee data centre construction projects in Johor Bahru. You will coordinate sub-contractors, liaise with consultants and main contractors, and ensure timely progress and safety compliance on site.

Responsibilities include maintaining updated drawings, issuing RFIs, and ensuring manpower, materials, and equipment readiness for mobilisations. Candidate should hold SPM/Certificate/ Diploma in Construction or Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications

• SPM/Cert/Diploma in Construction/ Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sub-contractor works, quality and time schedules.
• Liaise with consultants, architect and main contractor for problem-solvings.
• Submit reports and site progress every weekly.
• Ensure safety rules are abide by sub-contractors at work sites.
• Attend to site meetings for site daily issues with main-contractor, architects and project mgr.
• Ensure all drawings and plan are updated and recently revise.
• Request for RFI and Site Memo for new instructions from Main-contractor.
• Ensure all manpower & resources/ materials are met before work mobilisations.
• Ensure all tool and equipment are in working order and properly recorded.
