Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations across multiple project sites in Johor Bahru. You will ensure works run smoothly, safely, and to schedule, coordinating with workers, subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work at different project sites when required.
• Fresh graduates and young individuals are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with construction/electrical site experience will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site operations to ensure works are carried out smoothly, accurately, and according to standards and schedule.
• Ensure sufficient materials, manpower, tools, and equipment are available at the site to support progress.
• Identify and resolve technical, site, and coordination issues and report to management.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and others to ensure effective site execution.
• Manage and monitor multiple project sites around Johor Bahru, requiring multitasking and time management.
• Ensure site activities comply with project requirements, safety procedures and company instructions.
