Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a diploma/degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with M&E construction experience, and possess MS Office and AutoCAD skills. Chinese language proficiency is essential for handling Chinese-language materials and customer order tracking.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant working experience in M&E construction.
• Knowledge in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese is essential for handling Chinese-language sales materials and customer order tracking.

Responsibilities

• Understand, execute and manage project according to the project specification
• Adhere to the timeline and budget
• Supervise work of Sub-Contractor/Worker and check implementation of shop drawings
• Manage and implement proper documents as requested
• Review all testing and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with project standards
• Monitor and ensure work progress within the work schedules
• Assist manager to prepare variation orders, quotations and reports
