Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an HVAC/Mechanical Engineer in Johor Bahru to support data centre construction. You will oversee cooling plant installation, airflow management, and system balancing for reliable server operation.

The role focuses on large-scale chilled water systems, CRAH/CRAC units, and ductwork, with emphasis on precise installation, testing, and energy-efficient performance.

Responsibilities

Cooling Plant Installation: supervise installation of chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, pipes, and pumps.
Airflow Management: ensure raised floors, containment, and ductwork meet specs.
Pressure & Leak Testing: oversee hydrostatic testing and duct leakage protocols.
System Balancing: perform TAB to optimize energy efficiency.
