• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and data center security.
• Familiar with Linux and Windows OS.
• Basic networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain integrated data center solutions.
• Collaborate with regional HQ for project updates and alignment.
• Manage data center operations, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.
• Conduct regular system audits and implement security measures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
• Monitor and optimize data center performance and capacity.
• Document system configurations, processes and report to HQ.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure smooth operation of computers, network devices and printers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end user application issues, maintain and update technical support documentation.
• Handle asset management, maintain inventory and liaise with vendors.
• Maintain and monitor customers' network infrastructure, IT security and antivirus tools.
• Other duties include first-level troubleshooting and support for scheduled server backups, system monitoring and reports.

Provide day‑to‑day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of computers, network devices and printers.
