Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd seeks an experienced facilities coordinator to oversee preventive and reactive maintenance for HV/LV infrastructure in a data centre environment. You will attend service requests, monitor contractors, and coordinate with the Service Center to meet KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Registered Electrical Worker or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of engineering or construction services.
• 1–2 years' experience in operation of electrical and mechanical services in Tier III or equivalent data centre or critical facility.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and preparation of reports.
• Competent in undertaking Job Hazards Analysis (JHA).

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete service requests and coordinate monitoring of preventive and reactive maintenance.
• Manage/coordinating service provider performance including tracking work order completion and validating invoices.
• Ensure site management and operations comply with company and client standards.
• Communicate/escalate with facility manager, client, OEM vendors as needed.
• Work with Service Center to ensure average TAT within KPI thresholds.
• Create weekly incident review reports for the Info Systems Project Management team.
• Foster positive relationships with client representatives and service providers.
• Oversee day-to-day work order completion and follow-up with service providers and client.
• Recommend continuous quality improvement across the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with client Finance and Facility Managers to enter and order PO numbers for capital projects.
• Create recurring maintenance schedules for vendors.

Job description

Responsible to attend and complete the service request assigned and provide coordination and monitoring in Preventive and Reactive maintenance work in HV/LV infrastructure. Supported in adhoc minor project activities.

Key responsibilities

Managing/coordinating service provider performance including tracking work order completion and validating invoices as needed

Ensure all site management and operations practices comply with company and client standards

Communicate/Escalate with appropriate parties (facility manager, client, OEM vendors, etc.) as needed

Work with Service Center to ensure average turn around time (TAT) is within agreed KPI thresholds

Create a weekly report to send to the Info Systems Project Management team to assist them in reviewing incidents to determine what events have occurred that may be operational losses

Cultivate and maintain a positive working relationship with client representatives (JLL or external) and service providers

Performing day-to-day oversight/monitoring of work order completion and follow-up with service provider and client

Recommend continuous quality improvement practices across the client portfolio

Work with client Finance group and the Facility Managers in entering, creating, and ordering PO numbers for capital projects

Create recurring maintenance schedules for vendors

About you

Registered Electrical Worker or equivalent

3 – 4 years of relevant experience in engineering or constructions services

1 – 2 years' experience in the operation of electrical and mechanical services in Tier III or equivalent data centre or critical facility

Critical environment experience within similar sized site or operation

Experienced with continuous improvement initiatives and preparation of reports

Competent in undertaking Job Hazards Analysis (JHA)
