Job summary

HR Exchange Pte. Ltd. seeks a Cyber Security Engineer to protect the Seremban/Negeri Sembilan facility and its data centre environment. You will implement security measures, monitor threats, and coordinate incident responses across IT and OT systems.

The role requires 5+ years in cyber security, knowledge of firewalls, endpoint protection, access control, and vulnerability management, with strong analytical and communication skills to support all teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cyber security operations or related environments.
• Knowledge of firewalls, endpoint protection, access control, vulnerability management, and incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain cyber security measures for IT and OT systems.
• Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and support response activities.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and system hardening reviews.
• Work with Network Engineer to secure firewalls and remote access.
• Support secure deployment of ELV and smart building systems.
• Review access controls and endpoint protection status.
• Maintain cyber security documentation and evidence.
• Coordinate patches, updates, and remediation with vendors.
