Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Project Management leader to drive service excellence for high-demand Data Center and related projects. You will lead a team of project engineers, collaborate with country service operations and sales leaders, and implement project delivery models to meet milestones and profitability.

The role requires managing project-based P&L, controlling costs, and ensuring timely delivery while engaging with regional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering required.
• Experience leading project teams for data center projects or large industrial customers.
• Strong communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data center operations, airside controls is an advantage.
• Ability to manage project-based P&L and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage dedicated DC project management team.
• Implement standardized DC and KAM-specific processes to meet field demands.
• SPOC for data center customers to support DC sales growth and handle escalations.
• Coordinate with local entities to monitor project progress and deploy resources as needed.
• Oversee full project life cycle from testing to commissioning including post-sales engagement.
