Qualifications

Basic qualifications include computer networking knowledge and degree/diploma or technical certifications in IT or related disciplines.
Basic understanding of data center facilities and Linux/Unix scripting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain and manage on-site hardware lifecycle of IT infrastructure.
Perform server rack installation and hardware break-fix on components.
Troubleshoot network issues and respond to emergent situations affecting stability.
Participate in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance/change management activities.
Document issues and contribute to process improvements in the data center environment.
Mentor less experienced team members as needed.
