You will collaborate with local and global teams to resolve issues, improve daily operations and ensure safe, compliant, and scalable data center performance in OCI environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large technical teams in data centers with critical service availability.
• Strong knowledge of data center IT hardware operations (servers, networking, hardware support).
• Experience hiring, coaching and developing managers and staff.
• Experience managing 24/7 operations and handling major issues.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams responsible for 24/7 data center hardware operations.
• Hire, coach and develop managers, technicians and engineers.
• Plan staffing and team workloads to support daily operations and future growth.
• Oversee hardware installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Support new data center deployments and readiness to operate them.
• Help teams resolve major operational issues and inform stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global teams to follow processes and deliver projects on time.
• Improve team performance, work quality and operational efficiency.
• Manage vendors and ensure work meets company procedures and local regulations.
