Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a Data Center Operations Engineer to maintain and optimize our AI/HPC cluster infrastructure. You will manage GPU and server hardware, perform diagnostics, and coordinate with engineering and network teams to ensure uptime and performance.

The role requires basic Linux administration, knowledge of data center hardware, and the ability to work a 24x7 two-shift schedule. Bitdeer offers growth, training, and competitive welfare benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Basic Linux administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with data center infra and server hardware.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, Ethernet, and high-speed interconnects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of Data Center infrastructure for high availability.
• Install, rack and stack, cabling, and troubleshoot AI/HPC cluster infra (GB200/GB300).
• Monitor health of servers, GPUs, storage, and networking equipment and perform diagnostics.
• Perform hardware replacements, BIOS/BMC/Firmware upgrades, and diagnostics.
• Support provisioning, OS installs, cluster expansion, and network validation.
• Prepare shift handover reports, SOPs, and incident documentation.
