Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a Cloud Operations & Support Engineer to join our public-cloud GPU platform. You will handle customer tickets, monitor platform health, and respond to alerts across regions, ensuring SLA targets are met.

You should have 1+ years in cloud/technical support, solid Linux and networking knowledge, and familiarity with GPUs, CUDA, containers, and VM/bare metal environments. Shift work and a proactive, methodical approach are valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cloud / technical support or IT operations.
• Solid Linux, networking and cloud fundamentals.
• Strong written English and calm under incidents.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer support tickets and requests: intake, triage, troubleshooting, resolution, and clear status communication within SLA targets.
• Monitor platform health and respond to alerts (NOC first response): acknowledge, assess severity, initiate incident handling, and post customer-facing updates.
• Troubleshoot issues across GPU instances, VM/bare metal, networking, drivers/CUDA, storage, and billing/quota using runbooks.
• Escalate cleanly along the chain with full context; ensure ownership of every ticket/alert.
• Maintain and improve runbooks, knowledge base, and canned responses.
• Participate in a follow-the-sun 7×24 shift rotation across regions.
• Track and report ticket/alert metrics (response time, resolution time, MTTA).
