Job summary

Bitdeer in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, invites an experienced Data Center Operations Engineer to oversee day-to-day hardware operations and ensure high availability for AI/GPU clusters.

You will perform rack-and-stack, installations, firmware upgrades, and proactive maintenance, while coordinating with engineering, networking, and infra teams to push deployments and improve reliability. A bachelor's in a related field and basic Linux/networking skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Basic Linux administration and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA AI infrastructure GB200/GB300 is a plus.
• Experience in Data Center operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform rack and stack, installation, commissioning and maintenance of AI/HPC cluster infrastructure.
• Monitor health of servers, GPUs, storage and networking devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, firmware upgrades and BIOS/BMC related issues.
• Maintain operation logs, SOPs and shift handover reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, network and infra teams on deployments.
